March of the Berets

I wanted to shoot this theme so badly I couldn’t wait, so I just dragged my sisters down to the private estates near our house. Unfortunately I am still unable to complete one more look due to the specific need for a eurasian model.

This is a national heritage inspired theme that I saw while browsing through flickrista. The original theme showcases a model with an officer cap dressed it navy blue pants and white shirt, making her look like an elite air force officer. Key word – Elite.

I don’t really know how to explain but recently, I have been pretty engrossed in the colors navy blue and maroon red. There’s just an air of royalty and higher social status when one dresses in those colors. It’s more atas than atas, because you can’t be any more atas than the royal family.
